1. Returns

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
• Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item is defective

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the item, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection
• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards and promo vouchers
• Digital products
• Clearance/final sale items

5. Late or Missing Refunds

• Check your bank account or credit card provider first
• Then contact us if the refund is still not received
